Brake lines

Osf caliper went well , however the NSF was a bit if a mission the flexi pipe separated well from the caliper rigid pipe however on the body side 29 years of weather made it challenging in the end we made a new brake line from the alloy distribution block to the flexi - through a combination of trail and error and blind luck ! No pictures unfortunately

Anti roll bar link

These are pretty straight forward to replace - you may need to lift the lower wishbone a bit to get the new one to line up nicely

New gaiter

This will stretch over the ball joint saving a lot of effort

Strut split

Note top hole is elongated for adjustment

Steering gaiter

To do this without having to strip the steering rod off I split the ball joint and the took the strut off the lower wishbone - the strut is adjustable so watch this when it goes back and book a 4 wheel alignment if you are not sure

MOT time

So MOT time and a few jobs to do - all fun ones
OSF steering rack gaiter, osf brake caliper pipe, NSF brake hose and NSF anti roll bar link (however I will replace both to keep things equal)

Progress

Getting there almost completely disconnected
